Credit Card Payment Terms and Conditions
To book a cooking class, payment must be made in advance by credit card. Your reservation will be confirmed once payment has been confirmed.
Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation, the following provisions apply:
• Cancellation up to 14 days in advance: Full refund.
• Cancellation 7 days in advance: 50% refund of price.
• Cancellation or non-participation within 4 days: No refunds.
Conditions for changes:
Any changes to your reservation must be notified at least 14 days in advance. Additional charges and refunds due to changes will be subject to the cancellation policy.
Cooking class changes/cancellations:
Cooking classes may be changed or canceled due to organizer’s convenience or unforeseen circumstances. In that case, we will notify you separately by email or phone. Changes and refunds will be made to the extent possible.
Privacy:
Your personal information will be used only for reservation management and contact purposes and will not be provided to third parties. Other conditions:
Participants in the cooking class agree to be considerate of safety and to act in accordance with the instructions of the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to take necessary measures to ensure the safety of participants.
Disclaimer:
The organizer cannot be held responsible for any accidents or trouble that may occur during the cooking class, such as injuries, equipment malfunctions, or the effects of weather. Participants act at their own risk and waive any claims against the Sponsor.
Governing law:
These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
